Identified - Sometimes when a user uploads a file to the File Exchange it does not save properly. When this happens the file name is listed in the File Exchange, but the file cannot be viewed or downloaded. When this happens the user should try uploading the file a second time. A fix will be developed for this issue.

Identified - During times of peak usage, files uploaded to Provider Submissions may take longer than expected to begin processing. Wait times to for submissions to begin processing may be as long as 3-4 hours during peak usage due to multiple submissions from multiple provider organizations. Performance optimizations are investigated and will be implemented at a future date.
